Over the weekend, Harbinger spent a couple of days moving into our new rehearsal hall. The building is an old factory warehouse, and is one of the oldest structures on the Montreal shore…
The building itself is home to some of Canada’s hardest working bands, and we’ve received an amazingly warm welcome from everyone there.

Phew… What a trip!
36 hours of driving over 3 days, a couple of destroyed amplifier tubes, 1 awesome hotel room, some life lessons with some of the greatest drummers in the world and one of the coolest venues on the east coast transformed a wonderful trip into an amazing one.

The drive is a long an arduous one, but thanks to JP’s time travelling jukebox, we can go from Billy Joel to Daughters in seconds.
We started the day at an ungodly hour, and we’ve sniffed more cow shit than we’d care to but we’re havin’ a gnarly time.

It’s 6:48 am. We’ve been driving for 20 minutes and I’m already hungry! Listening to Montreal-born Leonard Cohen and enjoying the scenery. Ten hours to our first destination where we will be fed and enjoy some Nova Scotian hospitality!
